Women deserve more than dismissive responses like “it’s all in your head” or “there’s a pill for that,” or being told that “everything is normal” when they know deep down it’s not.
As a functional medicine practice we identify the root cause of your nagging symptoms, cultivate confidence in your journey to wellness, and empower you to reconnect with your best self.
Hey, I’m Jordan!
As a functional medicine practitioner and dietitian at Thrivewell, I’ve helped hundreds of women reach their health and wellness goals. Every step of the way, I’m here to help you understand your body, transform your health and lead you toward a happier, healthier life.
We combine evidence-based practices with alternative strategies to create a comprehensive health solution.
We recognize the impact of nutrition on health and support you in making the right dietary choices for your body.
We harness diagnostic testing with tailored interventions to develop a targeted and effective care plan.
We lead you through realistic and accessible techniques that allow you to take control of your health.
It all started with my own health and fertility journey. I was dismissed by traditional doctors again and again, and told there was ‘nothing wrong’ when my body was clearly trying to tell me something. Feeling vulnerable and disheartened, I turned to functional medicine and teamed up with a provider who shared my values and validated my goals. That’s when the breakthroughs started. Within a month my hormones regulated and my body started to thrive!
In my practice, I’ve encountered many women struggling with similar health challenges, bouncing between doctors in search of answers. I can understand the emotional journey.
I believe women deserve more than the status quo. We are worthy of compassionate care, informed education about our bodies, and a supportive space to explore our health and wellness.
It is my mission to build a community for women to feel empowered, invigorated and complete whole from the inside-out.

Gut health is integral to our overall health and wellbeing. The body relies on optimal gut function for more than just digestion and nutrient absorption. Symptoms like gas, bloating, or irregular bowel movements may indicate underlying gut issues.
Addressing these imbalances can be essential in managing various chronic conditions.
Responsible for regulating appetite, weight, and mood, hormones are pivotal messengers within the body. Hormonal imbalances are frequently perceived as normal, especially for women, yet they have significant influence over your mental, physical, and emotional health. Even minor disruptions can reverberate throughout your system, and they often stem from other issues such as stress, gut dysbiosis, inflammation, or blood sugar dysregulation.
Throughout our fertile years, women’s bodies experience heightened nutritional requirements to sustain reproductive functions and fetal growth. Hormonal equilibrium is important for regular menstruation and optimal fertility, both of which will benefit from a well-rounded diet and targeted nutrient supplementation. Embracing a functional approach to fertility enables individuals to unearth the causes of underlying conditions and symptoms, fostering a pathway to a healthy pregnancy.

Functional medicine uses a systems-based approach that focuses on the underlying causes of symptoms and diseases. Unlike conventional medicine, which often treats symptoms in isolation and masks them with medication, functional medicine seeks to identify and address the root cause, understanding that multiple factors may be at play. This means considering individualized factors such as diet, stress, sleep, movement, genetics, and more in crafting personalized care plans.
A Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist (RDN) is a specialist in food and nutrition. RDNs tailor dietary strategies and meal plans to suit individual health requirements, ensuring optimal nutrition and well-being. A functional medicine practitioner
